I need part #1 in this picture but cannot find any supplier for it. Does anyone know of a supplier? Mine is not in the best shape and since its a safety critical item I would like to replace it.

No, who is he?
I have checked Martin Robey, SNG Barrat, XKS and done a google search with the part number.

Richard is our 'go to' man when you need rare parts, although not cheap. He also produces some 300+ E-Type parts which he supplies to the usual vendors. I normally keep people advised of his latest offerings here: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=6798

David

Thanks for the advice, will contact him and see if he produces or have any plans to do so.
Dont know how much of a market it is for theese but mine is slightly bent and is full of pitting, maybe others would need one as well.

I see that SNG barrat stocks the s1 4.2 one, but it seems like it is non collapsable.
Any tought one fitting that one if my search for the s2 one failes?
I guess if i crash the steering wheel will become like a torpedo for my chest

I looked for the collapsible column a few years ago without success.
If you find a supplier let us know as I would like to fit them to my cars.
