#1 S1,5 OTS Door Trim

Post by mikebryan » Mon May 14, 2018 7:23 pm

I am restoring a 1968 S1,5 OTS. Regarding the door trim, according to my Porter restorers guide the armrests were deleted. However the SNG parts list includes them for this model as does the BAS trim catalouge. There were no armrests on the car as bought ( but the the car had many other "modifications/deletions")
Anyone know if armrests were fitted as OEM to the 1968 S1,5 OTS.

thanks

Hi Mike....are you familiar with http://www.xkedata.com idealy you should list your car on it.....search for chassis numbers either side of yours....and look at their photos to see if they have armrests.....this link on the US jaglovers forum also covers 68 armreasts https://forums.jag-lovers.com/t/help-wi ... sts/355596 ..Steve

I have a series 1.5 OTS built in mY 1968. I’m fairly certain it’s never been apart . It does not have armrests.
