I have a 69' Power-locker Salisbury Diff which has a 3.54 ratio.
I would like 3.07 or 2.88.
Anyone know if the crown wheel and pinions from other Salisbury axled cars are interchangeable?
The Jaguar XJ40 and X300 spring to mind.

The XJ40 and X300 diffs are very different externally so I assume the ring & pinion are too.politeperson wrote: ↑Thu Feb 07, 2019 6:41 pmI would like 3.07 or 2.88

I think you might be OK with the 3.07 in a 3.;4 but not the 2.88 unless you swap the carrier. Spacers enable a bodge but I’m not sure which
ratios.
