#1 Hood cantrail seals

Post by tim wood » Sun Jan 27, 2019 4:22 pm

Hi all,
I am just about to replace the seals which fit twixt the window glass and the hood frame. I say replace but the originals don’t exist. I’ve not tackled this job before and am anxious to get as good a seal as possible. I’m particularly concerned about ensuring that the cut lines at the point where the hood frame folds are correct.

Any hints or tips ( other than take it to a professional) would be appreciated.

Thanks

Tim

Aldridge have some excellent rubbers that they use. They would fit for you very well or supply.
