#1 Steel plug - holes in floor

I would like some ideas to replace these steel plug ( Sealing Redundant Holes In Floor )

I used 1/2" knockout plugs for electrical junction boxes, available at most hardware stores.

Moe, the size I need is more 3/8 than 1/2
I found this on ebay.co.uk 9mm-3/8-50-PCS-RUBBER-SNAP-IN-BLANKING-PLUG-BODY-HOLE-BUNGS-STOPPER-GROMMETS
It's ok now.
