Hello Rob,

I have the same problem. My dealer told me that it is normal to smell exhaust fumes.

What car do you have?

I have problems with a S3OTS with the top down or with top up and windows open. With closed windows not so much smell.

Appears funny that a few lamp sealings can have such great effect.

Hi Rob.

If it isn’t a daft question, did you use the smoke machine inside or outside of the car? Was it just a club/disco type machine?

Hello Rob,

Today, I tried to fit new gaskets under the rear lamp, as indicated by you. I bought a set from a German supplier of oldtimer parts. I am having major problems to fit the gasket under the lamp frame. It looks loke the gasket is app 5mm too short. How did you manage to mount the gaskets? Did you warm them up?

Anybody else has an idea, how to fit these gaskets?

Best regards from Stuttgart
