The plastic moulding states observe polarity!!!!
Which is correct?
The plastic moulding or the sticker????

If you get it wrong it just won't pump....reverse the connections

Easy enough to test. Attach a voltmeter between one of the pump leads and ground (earth) then activate the washer pump switch. A 12 v. reading will identify that lead a the +. A 0 v. reading will indicate that it's the -. Attach them accordingly to the pump terminals.
