#1 Banjo union to fuel pump

Post by Piscator » Tue Feb 18, 2020 12:26 pm

Hi all,

Following my earlier query, I assume the bolt is non-standard and the metal washers are 'packing'.

The banjo itself has a flat face on one side (facing the bolt head); the other side is recessed sufficiently to accept the second fibre washer (except that the second fibre washer is redundant as the pump body has the retaining groove for the rubber o-ring)

Can someone please advise whether the banjo should have a flat face on both sides?

Thanks
