This was during engine/front end rebuild and car was pre-suspension setup at time of photo.

Me thinks your knowledge of Wheels, Wheel Hubs and E Type Jaguars in particular is minuscule. The seal doesn't come close to making contact with the Wheel, or the Spinner. Accordingly, you have aptly dissuaded me from visiting the website pushed in your previous Post.
