#1 Safety Wire Locking of Steering Arm Bolt - S1 4.2

I'm reassembling the front hub carriers and want to know when wire locking the bolt (C24845) that holds the steering tie rod to the stub axle carrier; to where is it locked? Does it go to the caliper attachment bolt? Your help is appreciated.
