#1 Are there any basic things I should verify on the IRS before I bring it out for a look and check?

Before I bought the car, my IRS had been completely rebuilt and installed. When fitted, the two rear wheels foul the inner arches fairly badly. The automobile is now equipped with 205/70 tires. Are there any basic things I should verify on the IRS before I bring it out for a look and check?

What size wheels....probably just wheel/tyre combo causing wheels to rub....on the bump stops I assume or are these removed
