#1 All Jaguar models manuals
Andrew Bowie has donated a series of Jaguar manuals to our community:
Instructions:
"These manuals run on an old Flash based program (included), and as such will probably only work on Windows. I have used them on XP, Win7 and Win10.
To get these to work:
1. Download the entire folder you want; eg "Daimler V8 Manuals"
2. Run the index.exe file found in the root directory. This will open up the interface.
3. When the interface is open, click on "Continue". This opens the main index page.
4. Choose what you want to look at; eg "Parts Manual". This will drill down to specific model number, then Manual chapter.
5. Select what you want to look at; eg "Engine". This will open the relevant chapter in Adobe Reader.
I'd encourage as many of you as possible to download these. These are the only copies I've ever seen, and are an excellent resource. I got them when the business I worked for shut down.
Enjoy.

Here is the download link from the Forum Knowledge Base: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/godh72bt ... 58kq7&dl=0
They are hosted on a Dropbox account which normally means you need a Dropbox account of your own in which to view them. i have added a workaround though which means if you click on the above link the full set of manuals will be downloaded to your PC. It is a big zip file though - 2.4GB.
If you do not have a free Basic Dropbox account then please use this invitation link to download the app and sign up: https://www.dropbox.com/referrals/AADCi ... rc=global9
Once you do this you can use this link to view the library and download chapters of your choosing:
https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/godh72bt ... 58kq7&dl=1
By doing this the Forum Dropbox account, which is almost at full capacity, will receive an extra 500MB of space. The Basic plan will give you 2GB of personal online storage.
These manuals are excellent for sourcing E-Type parts from other models.

Andrew did warn that this would probably only run on Windows and on my Apple Mac the index.exe will not run as it says "Microsoft Windows applications are not supported on macOS". Ah well.
And a dropbox account comes with a £95.98 yearly fee.
But thank you Andrew for sharing this with the forum

The basic plan is free, although you may need to search for it, and gives you 2Gb of storage. It also allows you to read rather download the whole manual series. I will see if I can find a direct link to the free plan

Even if you can't get it to run the PDF files for all of the sections in the manuals are there in the PARTS and SERVICE directories.
Not as convenient but should still be usable.
Just to clarify what's in there, these are Parts and Service manuals for

David and Andrew, thank you both.
It is proving to be very popular as clicking on the links now gets a comment that it is temporarily disabled as it has been shared or downloaded too many times.
I had followed your link, David, and that's where it showed as free for 30 days then a monthly or annual fee. Although this morning searching for a free account it has taken me in. I shall try it every so often to see where I get and hopefully gain access to the files.
Again, thank you.
Geoff

I have added the file to my Google Drive. Can someone please try the link to confirm it works please? Just click on the blue download button on the screen below:
ignore the text, it is a zipped file so can't be previewed.

David, clicked on the download button and got the rather large zip file which now opens to give what looks like a very comprehensive set of everything for all the models.
I've not checked out all but picking a few cars the maintenance manuals can be opened, as can the parts catalogues. Well done and thanks

Many thanks Andrew for your amazing generosity.
And thank you David for making this so easily accessible to those of us who don't have (or want) Dropbox accounts.
