A couple of pictures of the Coolcat Corp replacement thermostatic switch that I recently replaced on the V12. The old Otter seized in the on position.

Very prompt service from Mike at Coolcat. 4 days from placing the order to delivery. $88 inc delivery.

I fitted one of these to my Series3 V12 along with a radiator and fan upgrade from Northampton radiators. It all works very well with no overheating

If you are still out there can you tell me what difference the switch has made over the original otter switch.
Yes I have replaced mine and added manual override in addition amongst fitting high flow radiator, multi blade cooling fans, lower temperature thermostats, rebuilt pump, new hoses, pickle flush and heads off to clean out rear cylinder cavities.
I have found the switch quite reliable apart from cutting in and out like a yoyo so how is your new switch improving the system? Thanks.
