Are there any oil holes on the Series 1 door hinges? I've squirted silicone lubricant on the "gaps" in the hinges and get some improvement in movement but they are still way too stiff. I hate to go to the trouble of re-pinning the hinge - will removing the door and working the hinge in a vice help?

Yes, there's a slot in the top to fill with oil, which then drains down into the hinge

Paul,
Thanks for the reply. On close examination, I found the slots, both sealed from years of inattention and a recent paint job. I've reamed one out with a drill and repeated oiling and working the door has significantly improved the action.
