#1 3.8 distributor search

Post by Rothman » Sat Mar 03, 2018 6:14 pm

Hi,
I need a new distributor for my 3.8 but they seem thin on the ground or require a swap. Anyone know where I could get one? I will stick in the wanted section if realistic.
Thanks

Or try the distributor doctor. Think he also has a stash of old stock items that can be reconditioned and supplied as needed. Early 3.8 cars had the DMBZ6A type. Lucas no 40617....

And here too...

They do show up on eBay fairly regularly too....

Hi Gareth
Retro classic car did a very good job for me.
I sent Colin a NOS Lucas 41010A.
He convert it to a 40887 and re-stamp it.
Great job and "normal" price !
Also very good communication, I recommend warmly!
