I’m putting the last bits of trim in the car (s1 4.2 ots) and am a bit stuck with the two pieces sent by BAS for the drivers footwell.
The larger piece is obvious but the thinner piece that runs adjacent to the transmission tunnel covers over the heater flap area, it’s also bound around the full edge, before I cut it short to clear the vent does anyone know if the vent in the drivers footwell had the hardura glued to it and then cut to enable the flap to open? The passenger footwell hardura is neatly trimmed and bound around the flap so that one obviously isn’t covered.
Thanks
Jeremy

Hi Jenery,
The vent are not covered, you have a mistake somewhere.
You have a lot of pictures on the forum and the web. Look at them you'll fine what you want.

Yes I’ve done all that many times but can’t see a photo of a series 1 rhd 4.2 footwell, plenty of series 2 thanks to Chris Vines excellent Reston blog hence the question.
