#1 SU THROTLE SPINDLE BENT?

Post by MaroonV12 » Sun Feb 24, 2019 6:35 pm

Whilst stripping my SU's I noticed the angle of the lug on the throttle spindle appears to be bent. Is it correct or has it been adjusted in the past?

Looks very strange to me . Is this from a 6 cylinder car, or has your V12 been converted to SUs ?

It is from a 1966 S1 2+2 4.2
The Maroon V12 is my other project....but that one is roadworthy now. I am currently working on the S1 and will be all year probably. Its a good solid California car but mechanically neglected.
