BAT Jaguar '62

There seems to be a rather original S1 3.8 on BaT at the moment:

I was wondering if we could discuss what's not original on the car.

I was for example wondering about:
- black paint underneath the car
- red painted shield under the radiator
- rear view mirror - should the stem and the mount not be different, or was it so in '62?
- red painted washers and nuts for the black heater air inlet under the bonnet


The car seems fairy original, and maybe it's worth it to take grab the photos as a reference?..
