Its a while since this post originally started and we had a few attempts at modifying the switch to no avail - we have now retooled the claw part of this switch so it fits into the hole perfectly and is snug once in place.

Well, Julian didn't disappoint! We now have courtesy light switches that fit!

Brilliant and another one of those jobs that used to take hours now takes minutes.
