Happy new year to all
Can anyone advise as to what this little bracket is for? Could it be to rivet a heat shield to ???
I think I’ve seen it on photos in various books but it’s never explained
It has a couple of rivets on one end
Thanks
Robbie

It’s the remains of one of the mountings for the forward heat shield. New ones come with it fitted.

Yes and it’s flat.

I think Moss manufactures the correct shield. I have not seen it in person, but it looks better than others...
