As I've just popped the wheel off to fit a new indicator switch, I thought I would spend some time tidying up the wheel. Obviously the spokes have a brushed type of finish which I'd like to retain. What has anyone used to smarten these up? I'm thinking wire brush in drill, wet and dry, wire wool etc
Grateful for any thoughts/experience.

I used wet and dry followed by the trustee Eastwood buffing wheels- obviously went through the (anodised?) finish but looked great.

Thanks Eddie...wasn't sure about going shiny, since the bright UK sun may reflect in my eyes. Perhaps I will reconsider.
