Good afternoon,
Would anyone be able to assist with the cut outs on the pictures of our dashboard. If correct we seem to have extra slots on the front dash panel. Has anyone seen this before. Was this a crossover from series 1 to series 2. I can either recover and blank the 2 slots or try to purchase the missing finishing slots and just not connect anything, my theory is someone cut them out for extra ventilation

I think a look on SNG's website provides the answer. The narrower panel with 4 slots is the standard fill in panel needed on 2+2 cars only. The wider panel is a standard dash fascia which when fitted in a FHC or OTS would have all the slots used as per the one in your picture - perhaps yours is from another car originally?
In 2+2 use, the wider panel only uses the outer slots, the inner ones being covered over by the dash panel trim cover.
