#1 Brake reservoir levels

Post by Mickey » Wed Jan 13, 2021 8:58 pm

I have had a fully restored '69 FHC since May. A couple weeks ago while driving the brake light came on. The front reservoir was a bit low. I topped it off and everything was fine until yesterday when the brake light came on once again. The front reservoir was slightly low again but the rear reservoir appeared overfilled. The brakes are firm and there has been no indication of a performance problem. Also, I cannot find a leak anywhere in the system. Any suggestions what the cause may be?

Yes .... most likely is seal failure in the servo "master cylinder"
