#1 Doorlock reversed / mirrored on each door / side?
Hello,
my door lock is reverse on each side / door.
So on the left door i've to use the key in up position on the right door in the down position. I also have to lock in reverse direction.
Is this normal? Can i fix it?
Greets,
Stefan

OK strange. Didn't expect this from a car like this. Are you sure?

My '71 S3 has the same arrangement... I too thought it unusual but seems the way they built them, I wonder how much BL saved per car with this arrangement. Weirdly my '69 MGB has the more logical/expected arrangement.

Yes quite normal, as unusual as it may seem.disaster123 wrote:Hello,

Can you fix it? Well if you change it you would break it not fix it.
