Steve has the right idea.....put it out there for sale.....see what the market is. Remember, its sort of a "light" project car. Gear box on a 12 2+2 can come out without an engine pull, and in US prices, 800 to 900 will fix.
Re-paint with new hood on, about 4K in the US at a local small town paint shop, and the rest you can do yourself. OR !!!!........sell to highest bidder and be done. Good luck !
