Post by Mephistopheles » Sat Jan 06, 2018 10:37 am

Dear all,
I am new to this forum. I wonder if anyone could help: how to attach the a post and b post sealings into the support rails (1973 series 3 OTS)? I tried it but it seems to be fiddly work. Does anyone have some tricks? Thanks in advance!

Hi....welcom to the forum.....whats your name..please try to add it to the signature line......no special trick to fitting the rubber seals.......i find it easier to push the back part into the channel a bit at a time and then press in the front use something blunt that wont damage anything.......the thin end of a wedge of wood works well........just do a little at a time and dont streach the seals.....its fiddly......Steve

Dear Steve
Thanks, using a wooden wedge is a good advice.
Best regards, Holger
