You chaps have a preferred high performance replacement coil for the 1973 E Type with Updated SNG equipment ? I would think there are a few coils out there that would work.

My understanding, the SNG ignition is not Re-Opus, it is a Jaguar CEI ignition system shoe-horned into Opus amplifier casing and distributor body? That the distributor to use with CEI ignition is part # DAC6093?

I should retract that comment as i don't know enough about the sng conversion. Has ballast resistor but unlike Opus doesn't need it? So is it just fake for looks? If it DOES need it then maybe the special low resistance coil needed also ....

The coil that we use in our V12 ignition conversions is part number C34736.
