My autobox is out of the car during my engine rebuild.
With the 'box on the bench, partially drained and upside down, oil is coming out of the input shaft oil seal like a teapot pours tea.
I can't find instructions to replace this oil seal anywhere, Haynes, Jaguar Workshop Manual or the internet.
Any ideas, please guys?
Cheers!
Nigel

Hi Rob Gill here,
I replaced my seal last year, ring me between 8pm to 10pm tonight or any other night and I will explain.
DONT UNDO ANY OF THE BOLTS THAT SURROUND THE OIL SEAL!.
