#1 Air INtake Temperature Sensor - Mounted

Post by 215m3 » Tue Jul 23, 2019 3:33 pm

Hi All

I forgot to take a picture of the orientation of the sensor in the airbox. Would someone be kind enough to post a picture of it mounted in their airbox? I can't trace it on Google to see an open box.

The car is close to having an attempt at starting. Just need the airbox and vacuum hoses added, coolant and gearbox oil.

Thanks
Toby

I believe they were when it was delivered by the garage 3 years ago.

So back to my original question regarding orientation. Which why do they go?

Thanks

Dear Toby,
If the bellows don't hold vacuum then it'll be academic, but it doesn't matter any way, as one side leads to blind dead end and one side goes to manifold vacuum.
Do whatever fits best.

kind regards
Marek
