Does anyone have any photos of the a & b post seals fitted correctly that they could post.
I would also appreciate someone telling me the correct joint where the a& b post meet the seal on the sill
The seal kit I have has an a post seal that seems to be a metre too long?
It also took me an hour to fit this...I am doing this pre paint and fear that when painted it would be impossible to refit without damaging the paintwork
Am I missing some trick? Any advice, sarcasm & ridicule will be greatly appreciated.
The car I bought had no door seals present so I have nothing to work from

Thanks for that..the names Dean.
I received a seal kit but there are no part nos on the bags that contain the seals and the A & B post seals (or what I presume to be) seem to be very similar in profile just different in length.
I have spent a frustrating few hours looking on google for images and can't seem to find any for a series 3 ots.
SNG & Baines do not show the rubber profiles (or if they do they do not seem to correspond with what I have) that's why I have asked for a few photos.
I have tried searching on the forum but can't find anything on series 3 door seals

Ok so what I have is door sill seal
ok so left to right on this photo I have what I thought was
doorsill seal
a post seal
b post seal
but looking at the rubber profiles link that you posted the a post seal should be BD28434 which looks like this
I have nothing like this in my seal 'kit' so can someone enlighten me as to the seal that I had thought was the a post seal actually is used for?
I obviously need to order the correct a post seals which seem to be missing
