#1 Norman Dewis interview

Post by Mark Gordon » Thu Feb 07, 2019 11:06 pm

I don't believe that this has been posted before; my apologies if it has. A fascinating interview with the Legend.

Thanks a million for bringing this to our attention, that's the most useful 38 minutes that I've ever wasted.

(PS - Mark, please come and wipe my desk, as much of my lunch is now smeared across it ; I was too enthralled to pay much attention to what I was dropping)

Say,

What if I had the mad idea to send him my glovebox lid - would he sign it for me ?

It is a duplicate but always good to see .

Here's another of Norman being his normal jovial self

That was great,I had to smile when Norman was talking about the Xk 120 run when a party was mentioned,he kind of hesitated, being from the midlands like myself,I bet he was going to say"Piss Up"

Filmed in his parlour in Shropshire, AKA the ‘inner sanctum’. As well as normal biros and felt pen for autographing books and programmes, he keeps a silver marker pen in the sideboard. He uses it for signing on British Racing Green paintwork. The guy is a pro!
