Looking for suggestions on engine oil. I’ve seen everything from diesel 15w40,15w40 synthetic blend and 15w40 std oil suggested. Various other weights also suggested. Same question for antifreeze.

Personally I would use 20W50 Valvoline VR1 Mineral Racing Oil.
Anti Freeze would be Bluecol 2 Year (Blue). Mixed 50/50 with distilled water.

I use Mobil1 full synthetic with high zinc content, but looking for a mineral oil with the same high zinc content. (sybthetic supposedly causes more oil leaks than mineral oil, so I'll give it a try)
For coolant, Evans waterless. Saved my engine on one occasion when the fans stopped working while 20 minutes in standing traffic.

Dear all,
Jaguar recommended several engine oils (See picture below: extract from E Type V 12 workshop manual). Duckham Classic Q20W-50 is still available and it contains zinc based additives (might be of interest for Ole). My E Type engine is filled with Castrol Classic XL 20W-50.
I use silicate based anti freeze Glysantin G48, 50% diluted with distilled water.
Best regards
Holger
