I have not been able to find it in xkedata or other sites, but this is according to the car dealer the name of the color I like.
Could this be another name for the gunmetal?

Buggar! My recently arrived JDHT certificate states ‘Silver’ not ‘Dark’. Apologies in my excitement I posted in error. Should have read ‘definitely for a 66 car in opalescent silver grey’. I’ll hand my card in at the door.
