Dealer Plaque
#1 Dealer Plaque
I have an original HR Owen metal plaque which I found loose in my S2 FHC. The Heritage Certificate confirms these were the original supplying dealer for my car so I would guess this was originally affixed to the car when first sold. The back of the plate suggests it was glued rather than riveted in place. The question is where would it have been located as I would like to reinstall it? It measures about 3”x4”. Any thoughts appreciated.

I have no idea where the plaque goes, but I can tell you a nice product to apply it with. U-Glu is what I used to put my Union Jacks on my car. It is removable without damage if you are careful, because it sticks like crazy. It is a sticky pad and not a runny glue.

Appreciate the response Jeff thanks. The location still remains a mystery, I know on other cars Astons, Rolls etc, they riveted the plaque to the drivers side sill but I would doubt that’s where they went on E types.
