Are there any fittings available to keep the inertia reel seat belt in position

You will have to give more details, as OTS and FHC cars differ and later cars differ from earlier cars.

Suggest you put your name, model and year in a signature block as it’s much easier to answer when we know what car you’re asking about.

I used these. They are listed for the MGB but perfect fit on my S3 OTS, the guide just slides onto the headrest post:
