#1 LHD/RHD conversion series 2 OTS
Hi
I have been searching for details or drawings or measurements of the alterations needed to the brake and clutch pedal arms when switching over to RHD. I have moved the pedal box over and it appears very little if any cranking is necessary, the throttle pedal position is fixed giving the available space for the brake and clutch pedals. In a previous post i saw reference to these dims as being found in the knowledge base can someone please point it out to me.
Also i cannot find the reference to factory finishes for various components i.e pedal shafts what colour and are they painted, ditto various brackets for horn and holding splash panels etc. sure ive seen it but cant find it again.
Thank you in anticipation.
Brian.

There's a diagram of pedal alteration in the Cassidy series.
Pedals are painted satin black.

Hi Brian, I bought a bare casting from Ken Verity about a year ago from some leftover stock he had. It needed quite a bit of fettling but he may have some left. I think he trades as Series 1 Spares and Restoration.
Pm me if you can’t find his details.
With the number of left to right conversion bits he sells maybe Andy at Hutsons could commission some. Not original of course though. Hope this helps.
Mike.

Did anyone find the alloy steering column housing referred to in this post. I’ve seen one at Jaguar spares day and they look so much more robust
