Coolant issue

One of our E-type Club members has been using Evans Classic Coolant in his Series II but he feels the engine runs too hot.

Does anyone have any opinions and/or experiences they could share?

Many thanks

Re: V12 50 year anniversary in 2021

A forthcoming E-type Club magazine will be dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the V12 and there will be plenty of V12 focus at E-type 60.

looking for SI roadster 875807

Morning All Might anyone have any interesting background information on the above car? It will be in an RM Sotheby's auction soon, and they would like to source info and photos. They say: We’ve got a very interesting E-Type coming to our Villa Erba auction. The car in question is a 3.8-litre Roadste...

Trying to trace an E-type

Morning all We've had the following request to the E-type Club office: I am writing a book about the rock band Deep Purple. Keyboard player Jon Lord owned an E-Type in 1971 for a couple of years, and research suggests the car is still registered, but we don't know where. The reg plate is MXJ370H and...

Seeking SI.5 FHC PEG 312G

Afternoon all Message to the E-type Club office: A friend of mine would like to trace (if possible) his E Type that he owned back in the 1980s. He reluctantly sold the car in 1986 and would very much like to trace the car and if possible buy it back. Registration number is PEG 312G, it is a Series o...

Just to confirm that we do not give valuations. This would involve visiting, viewing, researching and driving a car, for which we simply don't have the resources. What we offer though is confirmation of a value given to us by the owner, unless we consider that the value is completely unrealistic. An...
