Here is the engine bloc with its filter holes . It's a MK2 bloc which has been machined for the 3rd hole on the right below

My problem is on a 3.4 l engine ( for a 140 fhc ) : for the first start of engine after restoration by a mechanic, i have no oil in the oil filter ...! the pump is new, i tested it on the bench and i feel air succion and pressure at the exit . I am looking for the heritage jaguar certificate for my 1963 FHC serie 1 . I have all the number they want , engine, chassis, gear box, body.... but i miss one thing: registration mark ! i don't know what is this and were i can find it?

I have an answer today about RICHFIELD : they can refurbish and calibrate the fuel gauge as they do on speedo!
Even it's a very different magnetic adjustment skill :thumbsup:

I agrée with Rory, here in La Rochelle thé Mayor wanted a ZFE zone but happily, thé lobbying of thé old car federation, worked and we can drive évery where in France at This day.

I checked the gauge this morning and found nothing wrong but a buzzing sound on the multimeter tester between each terminal and the casing ….! After some work done inside the temp gauge ( grinding the plastic shield for the led bulb ) I put back the gauge in the dash but now the reading is at the maximum with a cold engine.
