Re: Door frame fixings

I forgot - do you know how many screws per door?
Thanks again.

Re: Door frame fixings

Hello Rory First up I would like to thank you for your well written, informative posts. I particularly like the one about the under dash panels. I'm guilty of pinching that idea. Thanks also for taking the trouble to replace the photobucket images. I am wondering if you might have a photo of the spe...

Photobucket

Many of the searches I've tried have the photos replaced by the photobucket clock emblem. Is there a way to get these photos? They are sorely missed when looking for help.
I don't know if this has been answered before. I did a search but was unable to find a solution.
Thanks

Body rubber kits

Hello all, I am wondering if anyone has used a body rubber kit from SNG Barrett? If so, were you happy with the quality and what was included in the kit. I'm fitting an interior and want to renew the door seals etc and a kit looks like an easier way to order rather than individual parts. The car is ...

The metal lever broke about 1 inch from the knob. Do you mean take the dash pad off to get access from above?

Is that parts book online somewhere?

Thanks

Broken choke lever

Hello
My choke lever broke off as I tried to use it.
I'm unable to find a parts diagram that show the actual lever on the dash.
My car is a series 1 coupe RHD.
Can anyone point me to a parts diagram for this part of the dash?
Thanks.

i have bought but not yet installed a Koolmat kit and am worried about glueing it down simply because of the fact that water will invariably get in. I should add that I'm not talking about a freshly painted body shell. The thought of moisture trapped between the floor and the Koolmat is making me qu...

Koolmat/floors

Have just received new carpets etc. Already have a Koolmat kit. Am wondering wether to glue the Koolmat fully on the floors or just along one edge. I am worried about water getting under the Koolmat.

Can't you position the lifting pads under the IRS?

Is there a potential problem using a 2 post hoist for an E Type?
