Any recommendations for a wiring loom? The autosparks looms look nice.

I've just got everything ready to get plated (front suspension, blanking plates, bonnet catches etc) and a local guy who does it says zinc plating would be a better option than nickel, any opinions on this would be good along with any recommendations of platers in the North West.

After inspecting the bonnet on my series 1.5, the front lower panels need replacing. The car had new front wings on around 20 years ago which still look OK. Are there any recommendations for someone who could carry out the work on the bonnet, or indeed anyone who specialises in e-type bonnet re-furb...

The lift can raise the car 6 foot if required so clearance wouldn't be a problem. Will the engine come out ok with the car being lifted straight up, or does just the front need to be lifted so the cars on an angle?
