Hi Michel

It's a fact that it's not easy to find somebody for that kind of little job in France.
Fo this reason a bought a kit on Ebay and started to do that by my self.

You can remove the reaction plates without problem and keep the car on its wheels. The screws through the chassis before attaching the reaction plate. Having had a S2, I seem to remember that the fuse that powers the tacho also supplies the cooling fan. If my memory is correct, this failure must be taken seriously.
