Brake master cylinder

Help! Does anybody know a supplier for the blue plastic guide/bush in the master cylinder?
I've mangled mine taking it out and the spares kit doesn't include this part.

Crash roll trim FHC

Does anybody know how to remove the raised trim under the rear window? SNG calls it 'crash roll' part no. BD24419. There's a chrome trim on the end at the door opening, mine has caught on something and bent out.

Splined wire wheel hubs

Quick one this, are the Series 1 hub splines the same size as those used on Aston Martin DB5? I've been offered a good set of wire wheels from a DB5/6 and would like to know if they will fit. How about the offset as well?

Seat webbing

Thanks both, the Idaho company is a no go as I'm based in the UK.
The seat webbing tip was a winner, I managed to get 1m of 'Pirelli webbing' for ?6.29 on ebay. It's 2" wide but easily cut to size, looks just the same.

Washer bottle mount - plastic type

Apologies if this has been covered before but has anybody been able to source a supplier for a length of the beige elasicated rubber band which secures the washer bottle to the mounting cage?
