I have a hole in the piece behind the driver’s seat, in a FHC 3.8. There is a similar hole at the passenger’s side. Is there any specific piece to fill the hole?

That one looks to be original - cadmium plated brass. You need two, one for the radiator one for the engine block. As Dave says in an earlier post they rarely fail and can be restored easily. Just an fyi to prevent confusion in the future. That is the fuel sediment bowl not the fuel pump. If you develop a problem with fuel delivery you need to look for the fuel pump in the boot.
