Oversize Valve Shims
Hi I am just setting my valve clearances and I could do with some oversized valve shims around the 150" though I see standard they only go to 110". Do you know who would sell them or are they used in other vehicles in the sizes I require.
Any help greatly welcomed.

Burlen Tripple SU Kits Query
Hi all I have just fitted my long awaited Burlen SU kits to my S2 LHD 2+2 but wondered if encountered the same issues I have and how they got round them. Breather pipe when joining the breather housing is now obstructed by the bypass hose from the water pump. Just does not look good. Top hose with t...

Upper wishbone rear mounting
Hi all just a quick question concerning the upper wishbone rear mounting and its shims. I have removed the mounting and confusingly it has 4 as well as what looks like the plate that goes behind the nuts. No plate was fitted behind the nuts. | assume it has been fitted incorrectly in the past. Shoul...

Thank you all for your notes they are very helpful. The wait is the most annoying part I must admit. I feel I need to get these SU's fitted, the engine was rebuilt in the states a few years ago and some fast road cams fitted which do make it a little lumpy on idle but will love the extra flow the SU...

Thanks for that advice, Mine already runs rough at idle and on light throttle so was hoping it would cure that. I am going to try plugging them and see how I get on. Have looked at SNG and they have two SU conversion one around 3000 and the other around a 1000 more. Any idea of why the price differe...

Secondary Throttle Body Worn Spindles
Hi I have a 69 e type that I bought from California early this year. Would love to convert to triple SU if possible if I can find a set and I do have a wanted ad here to see if I can get a set. But until that time I have a dilemma with my one worn and one broken secondary throttle body spindles. Wha...
