I had mine rechromed at Derby plating They dressed out the scratches and dings and the result was astonishing! I had to work on the thread on one spinner to get it to run on smoothly but otherwise they fit well It’s nice being able to see the original lettering and long slim arrow that is a give awa...

Shouldn’t the “caps” on the windscreen top posts have a rubber insert on the early models?

Fairly sure steering wheels would have had an option on the XKSS And again on the racing cars the driver would have chosen a wheel for himself As pointed out Hawthorn liked a 4 spoke For instance personally I can't stand the standard e type wheel How they chose such a weak flimsy wheel that prevent...

I agree I used a can spray of satin black …lovely finish BTW should there be a rubber seal under the rim between it and the glass? Mine had something crumbly and disintegrated in it that needed removing Also should there be a rubber ring between the lip of the actual instrument and the dashboard?? R...
