Re: Wood rim steering wheel. Can you buy rims?

Hi, There's a guy on EBay - ner0809 - I bought a new rim off him back in April. Real quality and absolutely first class service. Highly recommended - and my wheel now looks absolutely stunning, even if I say so myself ! I think he does them in batches, so they may not always be available. Certainly ...

Re: One step closer..

Go for it. He who dares and all that. Seriously, I fell in love with E Types when my friend's dad brought his boss's primrose yellow S3 FHC home for the weekend once. My mate "borrowed" the keys and we sat in it whilst he started it up and began revving it. The soundtrack was awesome, so loud in fac...

Re: Best place to get

No, it's definitely oil (not a lot admittedly) seeping out through one of the headstuds - LHS nearest the bulkhead.

Re: Best place to get

Hi - getting some slight leaks through the studs up top.

Just thought it made sense - am I being naive and missing something ?

A new flywheel and clutch kit from ? SNG Barratt ? It's a late '68 S2 OTS. The flywheel teeth have pretty much gone, so starting was hit and miss, now not possible. Whilst the engine is out, was thinking of replacing the clutch (plus head gasket). Any suggestions greatfully received ! Many thanks, G...

Thanks for all the responses so far. I can imagine the locks were a tad basic, so will give it a go myself.

Oh and when I mentioned some things were missing, that includes anything on the bulkhead radiator wise !

Character building some would call it..

Hi, I bought my '68 S2 OTS back in September and, having now built an additional garage for it (a good excuse), I am finally starting to look at what needs doing to it. Originally LHD, but returned to this country and been converted to RHD. It's in pretty good condition, particularly the bodywork bu...
