No, it's definitely oil (not a lot admittedly) seeping out through one of the headstuds - LHS nearest the bulkhead.

Sorry, missed a bit of detail off - oil coming out the top end studs. Not lots, just when the engines been running/ used for a bit.

A new flywheel and clutch kit from ? SNG Barratt ? It's a late '68 S2 OTS. The flywheel teeth have pretty much gone, so starting was hit and miss, now not possible.
