Part of the "problem" is that the loss adjusters are "incentivised" on maximising the margin between what we get and what we ought to get.......

"agreed valuation" can be equally meaningless unless you can prove the value at the time of the theft - insurance companies will say "yes" to anything in order to get your premium but it's a different story when it comes to paying out because the decision maker (the outsourced settlement agency) is ...
