Re: fuel & temp gauge reading to high.
After pondering about the possible cause of my gauge going straight to hot when the ignition is switched on, Tonight I removed the Gauge from the dash, reconnected the wires and with the gauge in my hand I switched on the ignition and the needle didn’t move, I then earthed the body to the dash and t...

Re: fuel & temp gauge reading to high.
Last year I fitted an electronic voltage stabiliser after the intermittent high readings I was experiencing. Everything was fine until Sunday when I took my car out for a run. As soon as I started the engine the temperature gauge went straight to hot. I drove a 105 miles and only once for a few minu...

Whoops.... I meant Andover not Guildford, I don’t know where that came from. Can’t even blame it on being blonde anymore as that went grey a while ago

Re: Jaguar dealership in Andover.
Hi Richard, Thank you, I like the picture of the Henlys dealership, most of these dealerships have long gone along with any info of them. I have just looked at the key fob again and the dealership name definitely ends with, ————gs. so it is not Henlys. Does anyone know if there Was “Longs” in Guildf...

Jaguar dealership in Andover.
Hi All, I recently purchased a CUD torpedo growler key fob. I carefully cleaned the leather fob to reveal what looks like the dealership details on the back of the fob. What I have revealed is very very faint but I think it reads. ————gs of Andover ltd (phone)Andover ————— The phone in Bracket is mo...

fuel & temp gauge reading to high.
IMG_5662.jpg IMG_5665.jpg Hi All, Ever since I have had my car, the temperature gauge every now and again has crept up as shown in the first picture, which to be honest was worrying. I did all the usual checks and could not find anything obvious. In the end I purchased an infrared laser thermometer...

I never did hear back from CMC so I chased them today to be told that they do not have any in stock and it is no longer manufactured....
Does anyone know where I might be able to purchase one of these.
