Hi,
There is a very nice bloke on ebay that is selling the stamped aluminium tags - 1961 to early '62. He has maybe 20 sets left.
He cut these over 5 years ago and only had questions for the drawing. Please don't contact him for a drawing.
Hope I'm not breaking a forum rule David.

Hi Mark, Its page B28 into the Jaguar E Type service manual 3.8L / 4.2L. you find this in the "E Type Knowledge" last line "Technical information and documentation". But look serie 1 . Yes agreed, but the service manual instructions for setting the ignition timing states that the engine should be set to (10) before tdc on the firing stroke of the front cylinder (6), ie the rotor arm is pointing to 6 and 6 is firing not 1 Paul Thanks Guys, and with Pauls' comment here, I have numb...

Hi Keith..look at page B.8 you cannot put numbers on your diagram of the dizzy....you have to look at where the rotor is pointing......this then fires the cylinder thats on its compression stroke Thanks Steve, right there at the bottom of the page! putting on 2 pairs of glasses did the job!
