Any movement is not seen at all in the bonnet in any position from closed to fully open. Only when driving and over ripples or bumps. As before, everything was checked yesterday.

Back edge of bonnet is firmly locked down. Every thing solid as per last post.

Since last communication I have been back to my MoT station. We have checked every bush and joint the length of the car. Hi.....can you detail a bit more whats happening......is it the bonnet or whole front end.....whats the condition of the front suspension mounts, and engin mounts.....have you had it mot,d lately MoT'd March no issues. There is a difference, is there not, between British and American fuse ratings. A British 35 amp fuse is actually rated at 17.5 amps if I remember rightly, whereas an American 35 fuse is rated at - wait for it - 35 amps. The Horn relay, Tacho and several other items are controlled from fuse 6. It is rated at 35amps. Replace the fuse with 35amps do not uprate it. If you have the failure again, you need to trace the cause.
